Being on your own is the ultimate leverage for personal growth.
People. It is hard to change how people think and behave. You could only learn to accept, change your communication styles and thinking models, and identify common interests. This helps you connect more meaningfully with others without feeling you are giving up who you truly are in business.
Business. You need to think practically and strategically about making money with your ideas and expertise. Only then you could be free. Do not shy away from talking about money.
Self-awareness. You do not know yourself until you take action. Insight, journalling, or reflection is good but not enough. You need to take data from the outside world constantly. Data could only be gained by taking action. Practice in public to complete your learning loop as often as possible.
Family. There is so much patience, empathy, and love needed to be able to have harmony. You have to learn and practice that your entire life. You have to keep building good relationship habits. There is no other way around it.
Work. Mastery is a matter of effortless habit and effortful practice. Schedule both of these on your daily calendar.
Communication. Social media is too important to not invest in learning to do it right.
Time. You have to be brutally honest about how you spend your time and what it means. How you use your time repeatedly tells you a lot more about yourself than any self-help book could do. Audit your time log carefully.
